And the Jews say, "God's hand is shackled!" It is their own hands that are shackled; and rejected [by God] are they because of this their assertion. Nay, but wide are His hands stretched out: He dispenses [bounty] as He wills. But all that has been bestowed from on high upon thee [O Prophet] by thy Sustainer is bound to make many of them yet more stubborn in their overweening arrogance and in their denial of the truth. And so We have cast enmity and hatred among the followers of the Bible, [to last] until Resurrection Day; every time they light the fires of war, God extinguishes them; and they labour hard to spread corruption on earth: and God does not -love the spreaders of corruption

The Jews have said, 'God's hand is fettered.' Fettered are their hands, and they are cursed for what they have said. Nay, but His hands are outspread; He expends how He will. And what has been sent down to thee from thy Lord will surely increase many of them in insolence and unbelief; and We have cast between them enmity and hatred, till the Day of Resurrection. As often as they light a fire for war, God will extinguish it. They hasten about the earth, to do corruption there; and God loves not the workers of corruption

The Jews say: "Allah's hand is tied up." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for the (blasphemy) they utter. Nay, both His hands are widely outstretched: He giveth and spendeth (of His bounty) as He pleaseth. But the revelation that cometh to thee from Allah increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. Amongst them we have placed enmity and hatred till the Day of Judgment. Every time they kindle the fire of war, Allah doth extinguish it; but they (ever) strive to do mischief on earth. And Allah loveth not those who do mischief

وَقَالَتِ ٱلۡیَهُودُ یَدُ ٱللَّهِ مَغۡلُولَةٌۚ غُلَّتۡ أَیۡدِیهِمۡ وَلُعِنُوا۟ بِمَا قَالُوا۟ۘ بَلۡ یَدَاهُ مَبۡسُوطَتَانِ یُنفِقُ كَیۡفَ یَشَاۤءُۚ وَلَیَزِیدَنَّ كَثِیرࣰا مِّنۡهُم مَّاۤ أُنزِلَ إِلَیۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغۡیَـٰنࣰا وَكُفۡرࣰاۚ وَأَلۡقَیۡنَا بَیۡنَهُمُ ٱلۡعَدَ ٰوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَاۤءَ إِلَىٰ یَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِۚ كُلَّمَاۤ أَوۡقَدُوا۟ نَارࣰا لِّلۡحَرۡبِ أَطۡفَأَهَا ٱللَّهُۚ وَیَسۡعَوۡنَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَسَادࣰاۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا یُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِینَ ٦٤
Transliteration (2021)
waqālati l-yahūdu yadu l-lahi maghlūlatun ghullat aydīhim waluʿinū bimā qālū bal yadāhu mabsūṭatāni yunfiqu kayfa yashāu walayazīdanna kathīran min'hum mā unzila ilayka min rabbika ṭugh'yānan wakuf'ran wa-alqaynā baynahumu l-ʿadāwata wal-baghḍāa ilā yawmi l-qiyāmati kullamā awqadū nāran lil'ḥarbi aṭfa-ahā l-lahu wayasʿawna fī l-arḍi fasādan wal-lahu lā yuḥibbu l-muf'sidīn
